Market Dinners



Every month, we offer a true “foodie” dining experience featuring a Farm to Table Market Dinner sold and reserved in advance at our Bistro, ideal for private dinner parties or a memorable night out.

Space is limited so please submit a reservation request using the form below or reserve in person at our bistro.

Our Market Dinners are $65 per person (exc. gratuity) and there is a corkage fee of $12 per bottle as we will not be serving wine independently. This is a true underground dining experience and each dish is created using seasonal and local ingredients. A 50 per cent non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation.

Sous Vide Beef Tenderloin with a Port Wine Reduction

Served on a bed of Sautéed Nugget Potatoes, Kale, Slow Cooked Tomatoes and Glazed Carrots


Pan Seared Scallops with Passionfruit Beurre Blanc

Served on a bed of Risotto with Sautéed Butternut Squash, Sautéed Spinach topped with Fried Leeks and Fresh Parmesan


Heart Shaped Decadent Individual Red Velvet Cake with a Wild Berry Coulis
